The GRF5112 is a GaAs pHEMT Power Amplifier that can be tuned to deliver excellent ACLR and OIP3 performance over the 30 to 3000 MHz band. Its exceptional native linearity makes it an ideal choice for transmitter applications that typically do not employ digital predistortion correction schemes.
